Reading Dante's Divine Comedy and are fasinated by the concept of an angel which is a many-eyed wheel.

Added the feathers to link this wierd creature to our concept of angels and created many individual symbols for the inner rim.

Due to the description of the thrones as the vessel for dispensing Gods will I thought it appropriate that this angle would have a central eyes as a focal point for this information. I envision the symbol strips as glowing and revolving around so the central eye can read the strip in it's entirety before it changes.
